It's not Ulduar gear, it's filling in loot gaps, those are either dungeon or quest rewards. I think the blue items are Wrath dungeon gear.

Many items have been added to 1-60 dungeons as well in 7.3 and 7.3.5 PTR.

Most loot becomes multi-spec useable, and extra slot items are added. (agi/int or agi/str gear.)

Loot in dungeons is becoming personal loot too.

Hmmm, looks like allied races are unlocked account wide now.. Maybe we don't have to have that 110 on every realm we want to play on, before playing an allied race? I can always hope.

especially at 3:21 where you can hear some kind of subtle change on the melody instead of a repeated melody + no "epic chant" at the end that doesn't sound much like taurens. those chants sounds more like elves or blood elves but not taurens.

Echoing what others have said, the Highmountain Tauren music is excellent. Also, the datamined information suggesting that Allied Races won't be available until 8.0 seems to have been a decoy from Blizzard to stall in case of a let down (an unforeseen catastrophe in the development cycle). I think we're definitely getting Highmountain Tauren, Nightborne, Void Elves, and Lightforged Draenei in 7.3.5 along with a pre-purchase announcement, which we know will be required for these new races. It's a very exciting time to play WoW!
