Not sure if serious but if you are then Chris Metzen is the guy who helped create Warcraft and is considered its father though he has long since left the company.

The amount of people who legitimately were posting things saying that they hope he dies, or wishes he'd stay in the hospital, OR this one guy who said he deserves to be there because of the "WoW Metzen gave us for the past 7 years" was very disheartening.

I mean, I understand that on the Internet it is easy to attempt to be "edgy" or do shit "for the lulz" due to the anonymous nature of the medium. I get it.

But... really?

I don't think that most people can differentiate between the possible underlying pathologies. Spinal surgery sounds creepy for the public, even tough its most likely a herniated disc or routine fixation.

I knew a guy who had emergency spinal surgery last year, at age 41, after nerve damage due to stenosis just below the base of the spinal cord.

He was doing well in rehab, until suddenly, six weeks after the surgery, he went into cardiac arrest and died. Massive bilateral pulmonary embolism. Blood clots from his leg(s) went to his lungs and killed him.
