So she goes full nutbar out of nowhere like Garrosh. Great.
Stillwater is creating Forsaken out of Blight, rather than Val'kyr and they've gone feral and to quote Lyndon, potentially another Scourge.
The Apothecarium and Gilneas contradict that she's not cool with Nazi War Camps. She has no problem with it, it's that Stillwater screwed up tried to cover it up, then wanted to make his own Forsaken.
Also in Vanilla Lydon gleefully created various Elixirs (of Pain, of Agony, etc) and used it on prisoners. Doesn't sound like a guy who'd suddenly be outraged by the camps now does it?

This seems to become exactly like MoP yet again, blizz I mean come on.
It seems that bit was before the siege of undercity and it would actually makes sense for her to try this, with an empire to lord over on the other side of the world, it would be pretty hard to kill her, thus she could avoid her afterlife.
But it rubs me the wrong way, it is basically MoP all over again, with a very slight twist.
I doubt she gives a fuck about children and futures seeing as she blight bombed civilians.....
We must secure the existence of our people and a future for horde children.
(An orc steps on a flower)
An alliance player: "Tisk...typical Horde genocide"
Remember that she's terrified of going to Not!Hell and desired to use the Forsaken as a bulwark against it. Well, now she's the Warchief of the entire Horde and where are they most powerful? Kalimdor. It makes sense she'd run away (because remember running away is Sylvanas' default response to pretty much everything) and get rid of that 'border' with her enemies.
It's not out of nowhere. She's been nutbar since she got turned into a Banshee.
Garrosh is a shame. I do imagine an alternate cinematic for Legion where Garrosh didn't go crazy and him alongside Varian went down fighting together, sort of growing a mutual respect for the other but I digress. I think his character being honour bound and punishing his commanders for killing civilians was way more interesting.
Considering all the inner workings of her head during the novels and the recent preview, yeah I'd say she is definitely playing on their emotion, she might care for the horde more at some point, the way she cares for the forsaken, but that is already a very twisted attachment.
