Judging by the on-going attempt at trying to invade north korea for the same reasons, probably americans writing the story.

What crimes? If the Forsaken are cool with the Nazi War Camp Prisoner Experiments it's not a crime, but Lydon is one of Sylvanas's favorites. Soooo... Yeah.

Point remains that the Forsaken do not cotton to Stillwater's experiments, which he performed against the Forsaken "Laws", and the Forsaken killed him for it.
Stillwater is creating Forsaken out of Blight, rather than Val'kyr and they've gone feral and to quote Lyndon, potentially another Scourge.

The Apothecarium and Gilneas contradict that she's not cool with Nazi War Camps. She has no problem with it, it's that Stillwater screwed up tried to cover it up, then wanted to make his own Forsaken.

Also in Vanilla Lydon gleefully created various Elixirs (of Pain, of Agony, etc) and used it on prisoners. Doesn't sound like a guy who'd suddenly be outraged by the camps now does it?

She probably started caring about the time she laid out plans to evacuate all the forsaken to orgrimmar after provoking an alliance attack on the undercity.

It seems that bit was before the siege of undercity and it would actually makes sense for her to try this, with an empire to lord over on the other side of the world, it would be pretty hard to kill her, thus she could avoid her afterlife.

But it rubs me the wrong way, it is basically MoP all over again, with a very slight twist.

We must secure the existence of our people and a future for horde children.

Of course she doesn't really care about them, she is playing on their emotions to get them to do what she wants, it is how she rolls.

Remember that she's terrified of going to Not!Hell and desired to use the Forsaken as a bulwark against it. Well, now she's the Warchief of the entire Horde and where are they most powerful? Kalimdor. It makes sense she'd run away (because remember running away is Sylvanas' default response to pretty much everything) and get rid of that 'border' with her enemies.

She says this dialog, alone, with a confidant. So that's a pretty typical STTTTRRRRRREEEEEEEETTTCCCHHHH for alliance imperialist scum. "Sylvanas can't actually care about anything. Because she's a woman-er... I mean undead."

It's not out of nowhere. She's been nutbar since she got turned into a Banshee.

Garrosh is a shame. I do imagine an alternate cinematic for Legion where Garrosh didn't go crazy and him alongside Varian went down fighting together, sort of growing a mutual respect for the other but I digress. I think his character being honour bound and punishing his commanders for killing civilians was way more interesting.

I mean the horde is constly nuking things where the alliance knocks over a few tents, one side is clearly more genocidel then the other.

No one is wanting to invade NK for living space. I'm not even American but that is some weak ass stance on NK.

Considering all the inner workings of her head during the novels and the recent preview, yeah I'd say she is definitely playing on their emotion, she might care for the horde more at some point, the way she cares for the forsaken, but that is already a very twisted attachment.

Don't knock over my tents if you don't want the consequences.
