Though this about racials is interesting. The LF Draenei racial is gonna be really good off the GCD.

The DI dwarf and MG Orc ones were already off though.

The racial one surprises me. Since most races aren't using their racial at all endgame, and the ones that are are using it because it's OP enough to probably warrant GCD.

Things that are not combat buffs like the example used in that thread have no business being off the GCD - and if they aren't on Live right now, chances are slim that they'll be in the future.

blizzard is absolutely blind or willfully ignorant to the racial issue. i believe they are just refusing to do the right thing for no reason. its sad.

I mean they already nerfed and rebuffed Arcane Torrent. Nerfed the CC aspect pretty hard but it's still 2.5m CD and PvErs will still use it.

They did... and BFA dungeons just so happen to have a shit load of abilities that can be dispelled. Since it was basically M+ making it OP to begin with, it won't be quite as OP but it's still going to be really strong in that regard.
