Kul Tiras plate armor: Any news on this beauty?

So i was wondering why i couldnt find any thing about this armor yet?

I'm talking about the grey plate amorset with gold decorations on top.

Any idea if it will be obtainable? will it be for warriors or paladins?

Just know i need to get my hands on this gear

As masteryuri said above, it's an NPC. That's his model, not a normal kul tiran model with armor.

I don't think this armor was ever meant to be available to players.

I think one of best armor pieces that Kul Tiras has. Is its got a nice good Spanish/Portuguese theme to it.

Oh man, that really hits me. Think its one of the better looking sets ive seen in years

I know the feeling. I really wanted both the ravencrest plate armor and Huntress Kasparian set from Legion, but neither was available for players.
