I am very interested to see an official source about the amount of people of each race that get shot, in relation to the percentage of crimes committed by each, and not just the amount of people that exist. Black American population of USA is 41.04 million with 223 blacks shot by police in 2017, 0.54 shot by police per 100000.

Sure if you ignore the probability of being scrutinized as a minority which is significantly higher. As drug statistics clearly show it's not that minorities commit more crimes it's that they face more scrutiny by the police.

It should also be noted that blacks commit more violent crimes per capita then whites, thus the higher rate of being shot by cops per capita.
