    BFA Enchanting vs Runforge

    New atk pwr BFA enchant

    Enchant Weapon - Gale-Force Striking

seems like it will be worth running FC + Enchant rather than FC+RI or perhaps even Weapon swapping (invoking the GCD inbetween full RI stacks).

Fallen Crusader and Razor Ice will always be the default death knights go to. FC gives you strength which equals to more damage from abilities and RI gives your frost abilities to hit even harder.

They'll almost certainly tune it so runeforges are better than enchants, just like in the past.

I don’t see how an occasional 35% attack speed boost is gonna outweigh Frost damage on every attack and Frost vulnerability.

this really depends on the Proc rate for the new enchant because as it stands Fallen Crusader is a good deal weaker than 35% atk pwr for 15 seconds which will lead too weapon swapping to get RI Stacks while running FC+Enchant or just outright using the Enchant+FC and dropping RI.

This has actually happened in the past in Early MoP

along with early wrath DW unholy and FC+Zerking prior to patch 3.2.2 (Zerking over Cinderglacier not RI for obvious reasons)

Except it's attack SPEED, not attack POWER. It's not even haste, I tested it, it's trash.

Maybe the high end enchants MIGHT be worth trying, but....runeforging is free and our spec is designed around it.

Only class that i see gaining benefits from this enchant is Enhance shaman trough Stormbringer and Windfury Attack passives (Both of them proc on weapon hit) but also for Maelstrom generation trough auto-attacks

Im not sure how will this benefit other melee classes as most of their spells are instant and auto-attack damage not as high, nor how will it affect casters.

    Edit:
Few other classes can benefit from this too, like Warriors where it speeds up their rage generation and increases their auto-attack damage which is quite high. Paladins too, with the resets of Art of War trough auto-attacks.
One other class that comes to my mind is.. Demon Hunter with Demon Blades talent.
