I fully support ALL, yes ALL coming forward and showing support, in fact I don't think this is scratches the surface, I hope this trend sustains and changes society forever, for everyone. I also hope along with it that the issue of sexual assault and harassment isn't ever swept under the rug again.

I want more victims to speak up and speak out

I don't want people to wait years out of shame or guilt

I want the criminal justice system to address problems all around (That includes False Allegations)

However not enough evidence to go forward isn't the same thing as a false accusation, however if the rebuttal to that is what about the accused. I would say I would support legislation to protect those accused much in the same way rape shield laws work.

The Courts should protect the name of the accused, there should be certain mandates that should such information get out, public or private institutions are forbidden from acting.

If there isn't enough information to move forward, the records and information are sealed.

#MeToo is not a trendy new mobile game. Whilst there are no doubts people using it for their own benefit, be it attention or whatever, the legitimate cases tell of far reaching issues.
That being said, I'm so glad that some media decided to question other media in how they jumped the bandwagon and started hanging anyone named out in the papers. Had a case like that here in Sweden.
