Are you Bunnybomb by any chance as it seems the blues already poked fun at this thread on the US forums.

Whilst I agree it can be annoying at times, I don't think they should cater to this else everything people find annoying will be petitioned to be changed. It fits in with the theme of this expansion whether annoying or not.

Why doesn't Blizz give us an option to stop Bwonsamdi from talking or let me have the spirit healer back. I am sick and tired of listening to his mentally handicapped voice after every death. It may have been funny the first time, but now it is turning into a major annoyance. Please give me the option to have him or spirit healer, or an option to have him never talk. As many have said, they do give you a choice.

You have two options. One is to not die and never see him or two die and you can see him. It's really that simple. If you are dying that much you are seeing him then it's probably something you deserve and/or look into why you are dying. There's really no reason to die to outdoor content that I've seen. If you die in an instance/island expedition you res inside so you don't see him either.

I actually like him srsly... I've had quite a few Moments where I got rekt and I was so damn pissed, but then I release my ghost and he's saying some shit and honestly, my rage goes away. Like I dunno I guess I should be even more pissed... but I wasn't.

Blizzard gave the best advice. So If you are the original poster, or stole it from the official forums, you can look their for your answer. Big deal an NPC says a few lines instead of silence. Why are you getting so worked up over something so trivial?

Two suggestions.

1. Stop dying so often. It's clear you are if you are this bent out of shape over it. Although personally I doubt you are and you just made this to get a reaction from people.

2. Mute the "voices" option in the sound settings.

Personally I think it's funny being mocked for dying in a video game. Better than the crappy "you died" or "game over" stuff.
