Disengage should not cancel anything. Mages can Blink mid cast. Why can't we Disengage mid cast?

Mages can only do so if they use Shimmer, which is a talent. You get a 2nd blink, can use it while casting spells, and lose the ability to blink out of stuns, for example.

and for blood,the nerf doesn't even make sense
Blood is OP for m+ and decent in raids

So they took any form of raid viability blood has behind the shed and put it down,while letting them be OP in m+

Monk is about to get stagger nerfed,blood got a 15% armor nerf (absolutely ridiculously huge nerf) and a 5% nerf to both reduction and threshold on Will of the Necropolis

Am I being overly drastic when I say that's basically removing them from M+ all but entirely? Monk only feels powerful in raiding. That's it.
Everything else is death by a thousand cuts. Or am I simply a bad monk?
