Enchanting and Expulsom

This might have been an issue at start of expansion (back when this thread was made, nice necro btw) but now were drowning in epics and with the expulsom wqs in 8.1 its really not a big thing.

The follower things still all require too much expulsom for what benefit they give. I have two characters who can in theory make the stuff but at 30 expulsom a pop they just are not worth the time/energy to do so.
