Toss up, it was either Elvira mistress of the dark or Wynona Ryder in Beetlejuice.
...upon reflection this explains a good many things about my dating life in my teens and early 20s.
Ginger Spice (Geri Halliwell) is the first major one that I can remember. I didn't even care for the Spice Girls as far as their music, but I had a huge crush on her when I was like 12-13. I used to watch Spice Girls videos even though I hated the music just because I found her so hot.

Reese Witherspoon, I even now consider her one of the most beautiful women.
may or may not be aging myself here :P though the movie actualy came out before I was old enough to have crushes so there's that?
same actor, different movie, similar character vibe
I have no idea who was my first RL crush... some boy in school probably, at one point I went through a period of having a new crush every few weeks, so i don't even remember anymore. I remember a few that lasted longer then few weeks... but they weren't the first that I found attractive in that way.
After seeing Labyrinth, Jennifer Connelly was my first crush.
My first real life crush was a girl at this adventure holiday i went on aged 14.

Your name will carry on through generations, and will never be forgotten.
Selena Gomez as a teen. First real crush was in highschool, grade 10 so like 15-16 y.o. She is still the only chick that made me feel the universe wanted us together. Let her slip and 10 years later I still regret it. Maybe we will cross paths again someday....
