Aurelion Sol from LoL is pretty massive, considering he has stars orbiting him

I'm going go with Tiamat. In mythology her body was used to create the Heavens and the Earth, Her Blood filled the Ocean.

Galakrond is the skeleton in the middle of Dragonblight. They're talking about the underwater skeleton in the ocean south of Dragonblight, near where the Path of Titans ends in the water.

Having trouble looking at the sheer scale...

    Little better to grasp here:

What about Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster? Not sure if it counts as a "Dragon".

    Veeshan from Everquest.

That is her striking the planet that is the setting of the MMO. The continent of Velious (explored in the Scars of Velious expansion) was dominated by three huge valleys, the scars of her claw strike.

My bet is on Aurelion Sol's

Well the Revelations Dragon is said to be able to casually knock stars out of the sky, but it's unclear whether that's because it's ludicrously huge or because the people who wrote it thought stars were only about the size of an average meteor. Either way I would think that'd be enough to tower over that guy straddling mountains.

    Revelation 12:3-4, if you're curious.

Some of those sizes don't make sense, the amount of food needed to feed them would be enormous.

Its fantasy... they might not eat food the way you think, some consume other forms of sustenance if any at all. They might just be amalgamations of the world such as all the elementals in the warcraft universe are made out of their respective elements... and those elementals have leaders which we know quite well, Ragnaros etc.

Elder Dragons in guild wars universe are basically their world's way of restarting life... they sleep for millenia but wake up at some point to destroy most of the things out there and then go back and take another nap.
This is basically a fantasy version of real life extinction event cycle which is believed to happen every so often because an asteroid from the outer belt gets disturbed (by an unknown planet weve yet to discover?), flies in and hits earth... causing extinction level systemic destruction of life. (ofcourse there are probably hundreds of asteroids being sent our way but only one is lucky enough to hit us)

"Every so often" being separated by millions of years.

Depends on what they eat...What you call "food" may not be what it is to them.
