Well we shouldn't leap to conclusions on a developing story like this. But obviously it's horrible whatever the motive was.

It is a shame and a product of our time that I'm relieved she was murdered by a person trying to not pay rent.

It's kind of sad that because now that it's been revealed that the killer is a black person, this story will quickly fade into obscurity now.
