Without context as to why you are asking for a gift suggestion for your supposed "ex" I can only assume this is a troll thread and all of your responses will be meme'd and non-serious answers. And I think that is your intention.

Since I ain't gonna make assumptions about your situation with your ex, I'd say that you're the most qualified to make this decision.
If you're on friendly terms, jewelry (not expensive stuff, just pretty) tends to be a safe bet.
If you're not on friendly terms, why give a present...? I've been surprised before by the fevered animosity some exes can grow over time, and that particular individual giving me presents would cause me concern.

Here's a suggestion, instead of asking such a question on a forum with such a vague story, how about you actually explain your situation with her?
- are you still friendly with her?
- do you not get along but have some weird stalker motivation to get her something with the delusion your win her back?
- do you hate her and want to get her something cheap and crappy to rub it in her face?
- what is your price range?
