You should probably tell us all what your current computer is.

Probably at the end of this year. If you need to upgrade now then do it.

If you may overclock or buy aggressive memory, get the X570. If you aren't and the B450 isn't missing any features you may want (1 m.2 vs 2 m.2, 1x USB 3.2 vs 2x USB 3.2) then just buy the B450. I'd only be careful what you buy because some may require Bios flashing to get the AMD3000 support.

We'll hear more at the start or June. But with Corona Virus going around it's not obvious if they'll have the stock to do a full launch, so who knows.

Also my current PSU is 9 years old, works fine daily on my current computer.
Would you continue using this PSU with a new mobo/cpu/ram upgrade, like are PSU's good until they stop working or how does it work with them?

replace. they wear out, and when they go, they might take your entire system with them.

I'd replace it. A PSU failure can take any other component with it.

    No reason to replace PSU.

    Or all of them.

Worst ive had happen is a bad PSU cooked the MoBo, GPU, and CPU in one go. And probably the RAM, too. I didn't test it afterwards.

Yea, that's gotta require 110/220V to go into 12V, pretty rare but possible.
