    Drakka in the legion world.

Why does Draka has to become invisible to infiltrate in the legion world if she is dead and essentially a spirit, arthas couldnt see Uther and Devos when they came to collect his soul and neither should demons be able to see draka.

One explanation is that because she belongs to Maldraxus she is essentially undead, so flesh being but she doesnt look like one which is also weird. Any thoughts?

Perhaps the Legion world in the cinematic was in the Nether and the rules for spirits or ghosts are different there? Alternatively, perhaps Draka was there as an undead being as opposed to a spirit, with a physical form that required concealment and stealth to avoid detection.

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

Maybe it was a Legion stronghold in the Shadowlands, when they invaded?

Idk if she is a spirit.

Shadowlands is the life after death.

You die, your spirit gets sent to the shadowlands and judged, and then you are either reborn in bastion, ardenwald, or maldraxxus, or sent to revendreth to be purged of sins or to the maw if your sins are so great that there is no chance for redemption.

We can see and stab spirits just fine. I'm not sure what the rules on that are, and I doubt if you asked Blizzard they'd want to clarify. Easier that way.

She was able to steal a map. She must have been a physical manifestation rather than a spirit like the Kyrians, who remain on their side of the veil.

She should have been given an undead model to better reflect what she is.

That's not how it works. You choose your form in Maldraxxus, this conversation comes up with Vashj and Alexandros aswell. Vashj was first given her Nelf form when she arrived, she chose to go for her new Half Skeleton, Half Naga form instead because Nelf form reminded her of being Azshara's handmaiden.
