Not much, honestly. My girlfriend and I were never super big on doing something the day of the holiday, but usually that weekend we'd get a nice dinner or whatever because we like an excuse for food.
This year we literally can't do anything, so I'll just be giving her a call on the other side of the world as Tokyo has its toothless lockdown.

For sure going to grill up a beef tenderloin and cook it to perfection. Just how the wife likes it. Nice bottle of wine. Telling the kids to get lost. Sitting down in front of the TV in the house not getting covid.
