They listen to them but in a way that also makes them pissed. Blizzard is a monkey paw of "listening to the community".

Can us casuals have a gameplay loop where we progress our gear over a long period of time?
Capping out at ~200 iLvl early on and then being stuck there gives us only one option, to unsub until next patch.
Give us badge gear or something do we have something to work towards.
