Outside of that his post is garbage.

Technically seen WoWs world system is heaps ahead of other games. Well perhaps not GW2, but that one is just overall a different type of world content, which comes with it's own issues.
They need to work on making the world quests more "digestible" on one hand; and how to make their rewards more useful (without strengthening the power creep; with additional ways to interact with other content types for instance).
