2014 Gamergate: "If you want games without hyper sexualized female characters and representation, then learn to code!"
2023: "What's with all these massively successful games with ugly (realistic) women? How could this have happened?!"
Well then get your shit together.
Get it all together. And put it in a backpack. All your shit. So it’s together. And if you gotta take it somewhere, take it somewhere, you know, take it to the shit store and sell it, or put it in a shit museum, I don’t care what you do, you just gotta get it together.
Get your shit together
Many public gatherings/protests, expressions of the First Amendment, are regulated, restricted, or require permitting from the city/county that costs money.
Wealth helps with either creating a speedy trial or drawing out proceedings in the case of the Sixth.
You're likely going to need a lawyer for the Seventh, so that's a cost. Unless you represent yourself with no legal knowledge.
The Eighth is literally all about money and paying for bail.
Y'all keep acting like Constitutional Rights, at least the Second Amendment specifically, are blanket rights that are not subject to any limitations or requirements. Despite the fact that there's a long history disproving that across multiple Amendments, with frequent restrictions, exceptions, or legal backing of fees etc.
The Sixteenth is literally giving Congress the power to levy taxes. Not quite a "right" for the people, but a right for Congress that affects the people.
Well then get your shit together.

How do we know you (this is all the "royal you", not you specifically) passed a background check? Did you get the gun from a friend/relative? Did you buy the gun privately without the need for a background check? What assurances do we have as members of the public that you have any knowledge of the actual safe handling and use of the firearm you want to carry in public? How do we know the gun that may be improperly tucked in your waste band is you expressing your Second Amendment right and not say, you concealing a weapon you intend to use for a crime?

Another mass shooting, 8 dead at a trainyard in San Jose CA, including the shooter who apparently had explosive devices (at least one). No details, and seems likely to be a disgruntled employee. I'm glad we're back to our regularly scheduled mass shootings as we exit the pandemic /s
Shooter is Samuel Cassidy, described as a loner by coworker and public records show he made about $100,000 a year. Why would he be disgruntled who knows.

false even when it is free you have to pay for documentation to get it. The common forms of id are not free, not to mention Republicans have actively cut funding so there are fewer sites who have hours not convenient if you have a regular job.
The whole point is to stop poor people from voting. It's no secret because Republicans openly brag about stopping the vote to win

If you can't afford the fee, how can you afford a gun? By that logic shouldn't the gun be free too?
lol, no one bats an eye at the government knowing where and how many cars you have in your possession. why this can't apply to guns is nothing but a feels over reals argument.
"You can't ask me to register mah gun! I have a right to PRIVACY" types the idiot, on a cell phone that is collecting metadata and locational data and aggregating all that information to sell to advertisers who will notice you visited your mom, and your mom buys a different toothpaste than you, so maybe if you see ads for your mom's toothpaste brand, you'll consider switching to her brand.
Shit your phones actively do all the time, I'll note. They don't even have to listen in and process language; they have access to locational data for you and other phones and purchase histories with partners like Amazon or Visa or your bank and can extrapolate connections between all of that just fine.
But sure; whine that the government knows you own a gun. Makes total sense to loudly complain about that through Facebook and on Twitter from your portable wiretap and aggregator device.
You MIGHT have to pay for a documents like a birth certificate but the identification depends on the state.
States like Tennessee who has some of the strictest voting ID requirements. You can bring this to get a FREE ID
Literally a checking/saving/credit cards, pretty much anything that has your name on it.Under the new voter ID law, in order to get a photo ID for voting purposes, voters must show the following documentation to a Driver Service Center examiner:
Proof of citizenship (such as a birth certificate); and
Two proofs of Tennessee residency (such as a copy of a utility bill, vehicle registration/title, or bank statement).

Not super helpful with 7M+ Americans not even having a bank account.

And 28% of Americans not having credit cards.
These are things that people in poverty are less likely to have, which is one of the reasons why these ID laws are designed this way. But that's a topic for another thread.
