For now, at least. If this changes you for the rest of your life, that's great. But people tend to forget what made them change in the first place, and just go back to be the same person. There are really not many things that are life changing in our lives, and i doubt all this situation is one of them.
As for the topic question: i think i'm a pretty decent person who treats everyone fairly, although i'm kinda rude to people sometimes, but not based on their gender or whatever, it's just the way i am. My social skills are not my strongsuit.
