"Hidden" transmog/unknown set: belf heritage confusion

So, i just finished my belf heritage quest, and saw that it is available as a set in the appearance tab, so i click on it, and see this...



Notice the gloves and shoulders? The moment i moused over the slots, they turned into the intended belf heritage gloves and shoulders, but before, this is what i saw. What are those? They don't belong to any set i am aware off. Am i just not up to speed on transmog sets, is it simply a texture error (wrong texture stretched over another wrong object) or is it a new transmog we are not aware of at the moment? I kinda hope so, cause it looks really cool.

Those are parts of plate Siege of Zuldazar armor set.

On same hand with issues in that, don't see the new alliance darkshore mail set in the list, but when I got parts, I did get the overview. So, yeah, uhh. Seems there are a few problems.
