depends on blizzard; after all you could reach lvl60 during event with powerleveling. helmet, sword and the rings would increase their stats to reflect that issue ?

Not the mount. I am talking the rings, the helmet, the sword may all be a good Ilvl this early into an expansion. I do not know what Ilvl they will be or if it is next year's where they bump it up because of the timing?

It hasnt been updated in like 84 years anyway, what makes you think it would be relevant now?

I think he means the rings, they get updated to the current expansion, and could provide a nice (if small) boost for fast levellers.
