Announce Interrupt/Dispel/Reflect

I'm looking for an all-in-one standalone addon useable across classes that will announce Interrupted/Dispelled/Reflected spells in emote/say/raid/party in both arena, dungeon, raid and solo environment.

I used this one a few years back. It was very clean and worked perfectly: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/dispelannouncer. Frankly it doesn't anymore.
