Swiftmend

Is anyone else having issues while in combat using swiftmend? i use vuhdo and while I am in a dungeon I cannot use swiftmend at all while fighting only when combat drops.

I haven't noticed this problem but I have not tried healing. I do know I have issues with using rebirth via Vuhdo quite frequently so I imagine it's a similar bug. I haven't found any fix as of yet.
