Warlock Pre-Cata Raid Soloing

Greetings to all of the fellow warlocks out there. I recently leveled my warlock to 85 about 2 weeks ago, although I already have full 365 gear+, I haven't messed around with many specs yet. I am looking to go back and get some achievements on pre-cata raids, and was wondering what is the best spec to do pre-cata raids in? Say I wanted to solo Molten core, or if soloing kara was possible as a lock, what spec and tricks would be best. Thanks in advance. If possible maybe a list of what is soloable now at 85 and what spec.

Demo for burst and burning/pet tanking, afflic if you need to drain tank.... I soloed everything up to SSC as demo. High King was rough but with a good kill order and some luck/soul shatter management you can pop your doomguard and burn down all of his adds before dg is done.

and kara is a joke as demo. chess event is the hardest part and then its not even hard, just annoying.
