use the youtube relate video's.
Go down it and it will have similar video's as you know. If you find a related video that you like then find another related video from that as well and keep going till you have a full list of songs you like?

If your ever at a stump at finding new artists, listen to a new genre. You might surprise yourself, otherwise use last.fm or pandora. There much better then youtube at finding related
