Looking for a computer monitor with 120hz and uses HDMI. Do they exist?

Question is in the title, I can't seem to find one, do they even exist?

As long as it's HDMI 1.3 and later, HDMI can support 120Hz in 1080p.
    ASUS VG236H is a 120Hz monitor with a HDMI-input, as an example.

Probably quite a few of your smaller HDTVs could fit that bill too...

Do you have a system that could v-sync modern games at 120FPS?
    i7-4770k - GTX 780 Ti - 16GB DDR3 Ripjaws - (2) HyperX 120s / Vertex 3 120
    ASRock Extreme3 - Sennheiser Momentums - Xonar DG - EVGA Supernova 650G - Corsair H80i

As an owner of one you can not use 3D via HDMI on this device.

    I would doubt that too.
I don't think you can use 3D with HDMI at all, in fact (computer-wise, not TV-wise), but not too sure.

But it should support 120Hz after HDMI 1.3
