Tooltip text for threads

Like a year and a half ago, before MMO-C format and layout overhaul (or whenever that was), there was a similar feature to what I'm getting at. On the front page, when you hovered over a link to one of the current threads displayed, it would show the URL of the thread, which at the time, incorporated the name of the thread into the URL. This doesn't happen anymore, so I'm assuming it's just part of the coding of the current layout, which is whatever, can't really do anything about that.

However, would it at all be possible of plausible to, when hovering the cursor over the thread link, to get a web tooltip that displays the name of the title? It seems kind of petty, I know, but I absolutely HATE when I can't read the full name of the thread for some reason, before entering it from the front page. Just one of my pet peeves, I suppose.
