I hated the ending. Especially after epic cutscenes like jumping onto Deathwing's back spec-ops style. The dragons are spent bit felt alright, but who wants to hear about a baby shower after EPIC DRAGON-SLAYING!!! Anything would have been better. Perhaps some cinematic shots of creatures around the world sensing the maelstrom was over? Watching at least one of the aspects mortally wounded and die as a result of the epic battle we just fought? A prediction that would have greater effect upon Azeroth than a stupid baby, maybe?

(Lich-king had a really nice twist ending.)

But I guess you can only ramp up THE-EVEN-MORE-INCREDIBLE-POWERFUL-THREAT so many times. That's the only way I could imagine would make sense to set the stage for Enter the Fuzzy Pandas...

I think OP argument should had been, I do not question that she can be a very accurate pregnancy test, I just find the whole ending cheesy, even by warcraft standards.

Well that's just the thing, by this point she wasn't the aspect of life anymore, well no more than in name only at least. Those powers were expended, completly and utterly. She just has her natural powers now, and while considerable, give her no domain of Life.

Other than that, I found the scene to be fine.

She likely knew beforehand and just took this opportunity to let Thrall know.

If they had known ahead of time, it might have influenced them in battle in unexpected ways.

Squirrel Girl is one of the strongest mutants/hero in the Marvel Universe.

They said the powers given by the titans was spent - so, no more powers to do stuff. Unless I missed it its not mentioned anywhere that the dragon soul is actually returned... So its blizzard painting themself into a corner.

Restricting use of a word that in and of itself isn't rude or offensive simply because you dislike it is rather less then professional. There are plenty of words in the language that I personally do not enjoy, but I can't just use my powers of moderation to expect others to talk the way I'd like.

There is nothing wrong with that word. It most certainly doesn't fall into the category of words that should be banned.

She may not a dragon aspect anymore but she is still a dragon.
Besides being one of the most powerfull beings on azeroth, she is also a red drake who are in tune with life.

Did anyone else find that silly in the ending video? We have the dragon aspects announcing to the world a new age, after a devastating fight with Deathwing, but wait a second, there is time to check who is pregnant and hint it to the father.

Well the fireworks and such and the way the "gods" were standing around the "heroes" gave me a very bad Ewok end of SW Revenge of the Jedi vibe....

so her acknowledging the pregnancy was just more of the syrupy writing that has become WOW cut scenes.

Well, she had kinda lost her powers when she announced it, although she probably had seen it beforehand.

Not to feed the nastyness of this, but I can't really see when Thrall and Aggra would have the time to... yeah, do... you know... their thing, when Thrall was holding the world together constantly fighting against evil or being torn apart all the time. Justice never sleeps...

What's sad is people think in this absolutist, paper-rock-scissors logic that this isn't obvious. She would have been aware of it at any time she interacted with them, and she would have not bothered telling them about it in the middle of a world saving battle, she would have saved the information for afterwards.
