You want lots of Cunning.

You are gonna want cunning as your main stat (not aim). And I really have not gotten into the theorycrafting to say what secondary stats are better, especially while leveling. Basically anything with dps stuff on it should be good (there are some with cunning and defense who knows why).
As for skills, you mostly want to keep your energy above 60% to keep your regen fast. So if you find yourself dropping down below 60% before a mob dies then mix in some of the free shots. I wouldn't use quickshot unless you really have energy to spend and for some reason can't spend time activating the longer ones (casting them).
