New Computer Reccomendations?

The only thing i did in preparation for swtor was check my system on systemrequirementslab.com and it said i'd be able to run it 'fast' ... wrong, so now i am looking for a new computer around $400 to be able to run swtor and wow, unfortunately i'm a total computer noob and have no idea what i'm looking for.
Again i'm only looking to spend roughly $400, less if possible.

would much rather just get a whole new computer, this laptops case is shitty and a shitty mother board
