Final build. please critique ordering tomorrow

Finally got all my parts ready to order and listing everything because I am ordering tomorrow and want to make sure I have decent enough stuff. Main question I have is will a 750 watt PSU be enough if I want to add a second graphics card to SLI? Also because Blizzard hates me this isnt going to be for WoW. Also replacing the stock LED fans that come with the case. Are the ones I picked going to be bright enough or do they make anything brighter?

    - Could easily get Pro model of the motherboard instead of Deluxe, unless you need the 2nd NIC and firewire port in back panel for $50 saved. Or P8Z68-V Pro for bit newer version.

    - If you seriously say you can do with 75GB space, get a 120GB SSD instead. It's cheaper than the velociraptor and much faster. Crucial M4 or Corsair Force 3 are some good choices.

    - PSU will be enough for SLI, and no clue about any leds, as I don't want to see any myself.

    Trolling should be.

    - Z68 instead of P67
    - Ivy Bridge instead of Sandy Bridge if you can wait for 4 months
    - 16 Gb of ram is overkill if you only play games
