That depends on how you save the image. If it's bmp or gif I think it'll be transparent. Try saving as jpeg though and it'll make the background white.

You'll have to save it to Imgur or another hosting site as a different size. For Imgur, it gives you the option on the right before you drag the image to the site.

In a... sense... yes. Mind you, this isn't a basic, medical 101 stuff, my time in the military at least got me qualified for all the basic junk.

So what I am "learning" is still advanced in the medical field, but it is still causing me to beat my head on the desk. Mainly because it is still pretty damned basic for me, as the Military requires you to study your medically trained ass off to advance rank already, and I learned a hell of a lot more than I needed just by trying to advance. So I am basically being forced to relearn things I already know... which are still advanced... but basic to me... and stuff.
