Might just be an error; they're having maintenance right now. I opened my launcher and it started DLing a 20mb file. Restart computer if it really concerns you or wait until the servers are back up.

Same......(extra dots for char length but then this explanation of the excessive dots puts me over the needed amount of characters. O well to much work deleting this :P)
