Around 600
Possibly just the case haha
I like to shop at newegg. and i usually browse and build computers in my shopping list. i recently built a computer with an AMD chip in it for around 714 dollars with a monitor. Thats without any combos and Shell Shockers can really lower the cost of a computer...
Side note : Hard drives are overpriced atm.
I think your parts wouldnt be too great but i believe you can find something a bit better
From Marest. First one is ~600 with hard drive. Second one you can get for ~600 if you already have a hard drive.
Second one will last you longer in your future games, including SWTOR. Don't go cheap on GPU, SWTOR requires a much better graphic card than WOW and so will future MMOs like GW2 and Titan. Your current choice of a GPU wouldn't even run WoW well at low settings imo.

Agreed, that GPU is really horrible. The above builds are great ones to start from. For a modern build, I wouldn't go lower than a GTX460/HD 6850 GPU, with preference to the 6870 (an amazing price/performance card) or better.
If you do modify your existing build, make sure to get two RAM sticks (2x2GiB or 2x4GiB), as modern CPUs benefit heavily from dual channel memory, which requires RAM sticks to be installed in pairs.
Super casual.
The ASRock H67M over the Z68?
