Haste tooltip bug?

Hello, I dont know sure if its a bug or just me, But if i watch my Haste ingame its on 32,26% (With Shadowform 5% and 3% from talents)

But if i look at my armory it says i have 22,29% Haste
When i count up Shadowform with that and talents then i would get 30,29% Haste (22,29 + 5 + 3)

so am i missing out on something?

and yeah i know my gear is kind of a mess... just never realy lucky loot

You don't add haste, you multiply it.
1.2229 x 1.05 x 1.03 = 1.3226
