Bounty Hunter PvP gear question!

Was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions for me.
Ive decided to try Arsenal for pvp, now that reached lvl 50 i finally was able to get 2 pieces out of my pvp bag. Now do i go with eliminators? or Tech? Stat wise i always thought crit chance was better then power (which tech offers)? But eliminators has a better set bonus than Tech. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Eliminator is the set you want for the set bonus. The others are not good at all even though sadly the stats are not the best choices for our class. Now, you're off-pieces you could mix and match if you can find anything. Critical strike and Surge are great but we get very few items if any with those together.

Thanks! Yea i was a little confused when i was looking at the pieces. Do you know if you can receive duplicates of "tokens" from the bag? I wanted to make a medic offset, but with the way it is attaining gear that might be a pipe dream.
