    Anyone got some game ideas?

Spit em out! Do you have any great game concepts? What do you guys think would make a good game?

    Kirby MMO.

Add in thousands of powers, upgrade them, combine them, trade them. Nintendo makes this, they may as well just start printing their money.

    RPG is where it's at.
All right, so that last test was seriously disappointing. Apparently, being civil isn't motivating you, so let's try it her way, all right, fatty? Adopted... fatty! Fatty, fatty no parents?

open world pokemon mmo! after creating a character, you start out as a regular boy/girl, and then you decide for yourself what you want to do. become a breeder, join team rocket, go rogue (steal from everyone) or just become a regular trainer..

Harry potter Mmo! everyone starts out as a rookie at hogwarts, 7 years at hogwarts as "leveling content" (should be 1/3 or less of the game at launch)
then you leave hogwarts and experience end game content
I've no idea what to write here.

FPS current time game. Sort of like BF3 but with a mix of risk (the boardgame). Every week the east tries to conquer the world and so does the west (maybe more factions). Countries captured give points for current conflict zones (kind of like the zones for risk, 1 zone is a map like in any other game). Once a zone has been won you take the remaining points onto the next zone.

Start from that basis and add fun game ideas .

    Age of Empires 4.

The time is from 2000 BC to around 1850 AC. New graphics and good multiplayer part.

I've had a couple of ideas over the past few years ranging from simple FPS with changing gravity (you control the gravity, so up can suddenly become left or down) to MMOFPS. My latest idea was set in the Harry Potter universe and would play during the First Wizarding War (The rise of Voldemort). You'd play as an Auror, but you could also become a double-agent. It would be open-world in London, with levels in Hogwarts and Malfoy Manor and such.

I have been waiting for the next 2D space combat/strategy/trating/plantetary game for long time now. Hoping that Starfarer will deliver even tho I find it abit to much arcady for my liking.

Anno 2070 is a good game and I would love to see that game in a space version. The current map system is too restrictive for the game Imo.

Im tired of Fantasy swords and magic games atm. MMO genre is getting abit stale.

I would love to see Minecraft taken to the next level in terms of graphical quality with more of a RPG driven game. Sorta Scyrim version. The AI on mobs in Minecraft is too simple for my liking.

New mystery point and click + puzzle would also be great. I tried to finish LA noire but it got very repetitive and you pretty much just killed everyone.

I have two/three ideas that have been floating around my head in recent memory. They're incredibly ambitious but would be awesome if they were ever made into games.

A game with a sandbox story where you could play as multiple characters who each have an impact on the lives of all the other characters (who would each be controlled by an ai when you're not playing them). Think Hearts of Iron meets A Song of Ice and Fire meets Minecraft. The details/setting don't really matter that much but the overall feeling it would try to convey would be of a living world that you can influence but not directly control. Obviously the game would need scripted events so the events which transpire aren't just random and uninteresting. These events could be triggered by certain circumstances and would reveal more of the back-story of certain characters as well as provide one of the requirements for further triggers. The only conclusion would be death/you can't beat the game in the typical sense. That's about as far as I've gotten with that idea.

The next one is simple: a fantasy sandbox in the vein of the GTA games.
It'd be like the gta games except instead of stealing a helicopter from a military base you could steal Trogdor from its lair inside a volcano. Instead of shooting people with guns you could shot them with bows or cast fireballs at them with a magic staff. I think the uniqueness of the gameplay could flow from the uniqueness of the setting The fact that in most fantasy universes there are forces greater than humans at work already gives it a unique flair. Also, the Elder Scrolls series isn't what I'm talking about.

The third game is another fantasy one but with a twist. The universe would be akin to the Warcraft universe in that common creatures of folklore and legend would have their own unique twists that separate them from what they are generally perceived as, though more pronounced. The catch is that your character always starts as a human but can slowly transform into different "races" if they prioritise particular types of magic over others (it'll be explained in the story). Humans would be generally more respected among humans than other races and the same goes for the other races, though humans are by far the most common. You'd basically try to stay human for as long as possible during the beginning by balancing your magic usage or not using magic at all, then maybe start to become another race later in the game. There'd be racial bonuses which compliment the type of magic your character decides to use, as well as some others. Once you go fully one race it would become incredibly hard to become human again, though it is possible.

Well, I think I should stop there. I swear I really haven't thought about these things that much!

    tl;dr - I'm sorry I wasted your time

This would be pretty cool, or a Pokemon MMO. All servers would be PVP, and you could battle anyone as long as they accept it. Dungeons would be things like Cerulean Cave, but at the end everyone gets a chance to "roll" on the legendary or something like that. It could start out just in Kanto, and other generations/regions would be probably be included with expansions.

I doubt it would ever happen though, Nintendo likes to stick to their handhelds/consoles.

This. Or an mmorpg. Either one seems like an incredible idea.

Other than that... Skelington has little thoughts.

    Movie Monsters
    Style: 3rd person
Story: You play the role of a movie monster actor. It is your job to enter the movie and carry out the role of the monster without being defeated by the hero.
Objective: Your objective is to gain points by eliminating actors that are linked to certain unique objectives. If you are also able on select occasions to carry out special unique kill which will be award you extra points. These points are used to unlock special unique props that make the monster more effective in eliminated targets. If you are able to go through all the movie scenes without being killed by the hero than you will gain a sequal point which allows you to do another movie. If you get killed by the hero than you must start the movie over again. After you have completed the movie you will be able to watch a spliced version of your monster in the movie taking out its victims.

    Horror House
    Style: Simulation
Story: You are the owner of a haunted house attraction development company and its your job to create scary halloween houses for theme parks
Objective: You are given a set location with a random set of props, effects, actors, and artisans to create a unique horror house. Your job is to figure out the layout of the house, the art theme going into the house, the props placements, and finally the use of the actors. How well you do the house is then judged by npcs that go through your unique house. They then supply information that helps to rate your house based on the quality of the house as well as the scares you cause. As you progress through the game you will get access to far larger set locations, more advanced props, hollywood special effects, talented scare actors, and unique artisans that are specialized in certain styles. All these improvements are dependant on how well you do each haunted house. Succeed greatly and you will be on your way to the big time. Fail and you will likely spend your days making not so scary houses for little kids.

    Pokemon MMO.

Or, Pokemon game where you customize your own trainer, and are able to chose what region you wish to start from, not only that, but can travel through the other regions and fight the gym leaders and such there.

    My dream Pokemon game.
    * sigh
