[Books] Favorite quote(s) from 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series? (Spoilers of course)

I decided to post this as something separate from the 'A Dance with Dragons' thread to ask this question. What is your favorite quote from the series? There are so many good ones, but I feel that Jaime has a good share of the great quotes. The shit that Jaime says cracks me up almost every time . Many of his one liners are priceless.

I think my favorites are;

The man reddened. “My lord grandfather . . . if we hang the man we have no hostage, ser. Have

This is right before Tyrion shoots Tywin with a crossbow bolt, in his pubic region while Tywin was tending to the privy. The chapter closes out with Tyrion realizing, the japes about Tywin shitting gold, was in fact false. Tywin let his bowels loose as soon as he died.
