Would you like to see horses in Minecraft?

Question in title. I think the biggest thing Minecraft is missing is a method to travel at a decent pace. I'd really love to see Horses, as well as some sort of mechanical contraption which allows for flight at some point with some complex materials or something (God, that was an awful description. Oh well.)

What do you guys think?

Horses would be neat and fit the spirit of the game (ride-able pigs already..).

Flying vehicles I'd have to go with no, however if you want them there are mods that let you make an object flyable.

Hot air balloons would be pretty nice and fit the minecraft theme. To balance them, they could require coal or wood to fly, and they shouldn't move faster than regular walk speed.

There are mods that can do pretty much anything, but yes, official support would be nice.

It's something I'd like to see in vanilla Minecraft eventually, but an official modding api would still take priority.
