    EA *IS* evil.

But judging from everything I've seen from ME3 so far, it has everything going for it to become the #1 best game I've ever played (current #1 being ME1).

How can you answer something like that when you haven't even played it yourself yet? And no I'm not a "hater" got the game on pre-order but there is no way I could honestly tell if it will be worth it or not yet.

This game isnt worth buying. Just do what im doing. Let your brother buy it, and when you return home for the summer, play it on his 360 because all your save files are on their anyway. =D

I'm pretty sure I did say that I hate DLC in general. If not, then I did so in another thread and thought it was this one.

Then don't buy it duh. It's funny people will purposely rob themselves of something they really want in some futile atttempt to protest when the much simpler solution is to just not buy the dlc. That way you really can have your cake and eat it to. FYI for the protesters, I went CE hunting around local gamestops/eb games and not only could I not preorder a CE edition I could not even preorder A REGULAR EDITION OF THE GAME.

When I asked my local GAMEstop (or whatever they are, something along that line anyway) they said at least one week prior to launch for CE pre-order. Only way to pre-order it now is through Origin (pre-order through Origin available until the 5th, according to the fine print when I read it).

just a quick giggle - its from the shadow broker's files if you have not gotten that DLC
    Mordin Solus file

21:43 - Operative Rentola detects incoming Weyrloc scouts.

21:47 - Scouts neutralized. Rentola treated for minor injuries. After assisting, Specialist Solus asks if failure to land undetected constitutes parameter shift. Commander Kirrahe suggests operation may proceed as planned. Specialist Solus suggests cloacal obstruction is in fact Kirrahe's cranium.

21:50 - Team leaves Veshok-16 and proceeds toward primary drop point, Weyrloc agricenter.

22:28 - Weyrloc agricenter reached. Team splits, with distraction team led by Operative Rentola drawing Weyrloc scouts from area.

Weyrloc team killed in entirety. Last member prevented from broadcasting alarm due to Specialist Solus stabbing Weyrloc guard through eye with pitchfork, sustaining injuries to face and right cranial horn in process.

23:16 - Distraction team arrives to provide relief. Commander Kirrahe notes parameter shift, suggests Rentola take injured members back to ship while he and remainder of team attempt to hit secondary drop point. Despite injuries to face and head, Specialist Solus refuses to return to ship, noting need for soil and water analysis at secondary site. Kirrahe suggests Solus is one tough cloaca.

23:20 - Specialist Maelon greatly distressed by discovery that agricenter was staffed by female krogan, including guards killed in attack. Specialist Solus calms colleague and provides sedative. Specialist Maelon returns to ship with other injured team members.

23:30 - Active team finishes disposal of bodies and heads for secondary drop point, Weyrloc hospital.

00:15 - Active team infiltrates hospital undetected. Specialist Solus determines makeup of soil and water fall within necessary parameters. Payload dispersed into water and food.

01:15 - Active team returns to ship. Specialist Solus declines treatment, insists on providing additional care for Hishau, Shenok, and Maelon.

01:25 - Specialist Maelon makes formal protest, suggesting actions against female krogan violate mission parameters of maintaining population levels without negatively impacting culture. Specialist Solus requests protest be stricken from record due to Maelon's injured condition. Commander Kirrahe concurs. Maelon given additional sedatives, unconscious for remainder of operation. (Protest stricken from submitted copy of report.)

01:40 - STG vessel Veshok-16 lifts off, departing through existing sensor gap. Mission complete.

I can't wait for Mass Effect, sadly we will get it a few days late in Europe, but that doensnt matter as I got raids on Wed and Thursday anyways. I don't really care about the story of Commander Shepard in Mass Effect, but I can't wait to learn more about the Reaper's intentions.

BTW, if you have preordered the CE or DDE, you can now DL the OST from BSN. Such a great soundtrack. "A Future for the Krogan" is beautiful.

Not sure if anyone has posted it yet but I found a play through of the actual game, not the demo, painful to watch the guy play because he's terrible but if you're like me you'll devour the footage anyways.

Damn I can't wait for this game. I only hope I'm not putting too high expetations on it; ME2 was by far the best game I've played so beating it will be difficult but if they take the good things from ME2, and add the epic feeling of great epic battle against reapers then I'm ok with this

Btw , anyone regretting not taking Ashley as love interest? she looks quite good now but cause she was a xenophobic ugly jerk in the first one, I didn't brother and took Liara instead

I created a new Shepard a week back solely for this purpose. Would've been easier to simply download a savegame, but I played through both games simply to make sure he'd stay faithful to his ME1 LI + the various choices I wanted to see how it impacts in ME3 was made in contrast to my "main" Shepard (Paragon Garrus vs not, for instance).

I love those in ME2, Thane's is my favorite. If you romance him as femshep there is also a really beautiful letter from him to Shep there as well.
The generalist looks outward; he looks for living principles, knowing full well that such principles change, that they develop. It is to the characteristics of change itself that the mentat-generalist must look. There can be no permanent catalogue of such change, no handbook or manual. You must look at it with as few preconceptions as possible, asking yourself, "Now what is this thing doing?" -Children of Dune

less than 36 hours until the game unlocks...

    For the US, at least.

I'm tempted to buy it on Origin under a US-located account/VPN bypass the region check and then cancel my Amazon pre-order. Sick of these disparate release dates across the pond, even moreso given the effort put into advertising for ME3.
