Hey as I've seen people wondering whether their computer will run Guild Wars 2 I decided to make a thread about it to save people asking in different threads so to see whether it'll run it post your specs here and hopefully we'll get answers to start here's my spec:
Operating System:Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit
RAM (Memory) : 4GB
CPUProcessor): AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.2GHz
Direct X:11 (I can't run it but it says I have it o_O)
GPU (Graphics card): Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
If you don't know how to find your specs go on to the start menu on Windows and on search type in "Dxdiag"
I hope this thread helps people.

You should be able to handle it fine on medium/high.

Yeah... Jumping the gun a little, OP. No one knows the specs yet, best to wait until NDA is lifted later this month. That being said, ANet devs have stated multiple times that the game will run on a wide range of computers but I'm guessing you will need a high end machine to run it a maximum.

All you will need is a good dx10 computer, becouse it wount even support dx11, if you have one of those your fine.

Anything with a powerful dual core (i3 2100+) and a 560ti+ can run any game on ultra at 1080p (assuming vram isn't an issue, e.g. BF3)

My specs are in my sig, figured it would be pointless to actually post them.
I also consider this thread pretty pointless though, to, seeing as there are no system specs out for GW2 currently and the only way to know if you can run it is by asking someone who works at Arenanet and knows the system requirements. >.>
