What was your favourite WC3 campaign?

What was your favourite WC3 campaign? From either RoC or TFT.

Mine has to be Curse of the Blood Elves just because I found it to be incredibly awesome. The story was great for that one.

Curse of the BE, just for Kael Thas, Vashj, Garithos, and the tower defence bonus. Plus outland ... it was awesome.

Mine was the Invasion of Kalimdor, orcs being my favourite race and story.

The only campaign I did properly was The Scourge of Lordaeron. I don't like RTS games and I'm terrible at them, so I just used invincibility cheats through the rest of the game so I could know the story. >.>

1. Curse of the Blood Elves: I loved this campaign. The story was amazing, tower defense bonus was amazing, as well as the Gates of the Abyss and Lord of Outland missions. Akama, Vashj, Kael'Thas, Illidan, Magtheridon, Maim, Rend, Garithos... So many important characters were in there.
2. Legacy of the Damned: It was another great story, with an excellent finisher. A lot of characters, a lot of plots and twists.
3. Path of the Damned: Executed really well. I liked the whole plot and the characters, but the Archimonde summoning (Under the Burning Sky mission) still gives me shivers.
4. The Founding of Durotar: It had a lot of characters, a lot of small stories within the main story, and two big battles in the end.
5. Eternity's End: It was all executed nicely, but the difficulty wasn't that big. I spent more time trying to finish Under the Burning Sky than Illidan's betrayal and Twilight of the Gods.
6. The Invasion of Kalimdor: It felt like everything was happening in one direction. Thrall just going through Kalimdor to find a place where he belongs. They spiked it up with Grom and Jaina, but I didn't feel it was all that great.
7. The Scourge of Lordaeron: Very fun, but it was only about Arthas. Jaina, Uther, Muradin and Mal'ganis were there in only 2 levels.
8. Terror of the Tides also felt like it was too linear. It was just a bunch of Night Elves always hunting for Illidan and in the end, oh snap, there is a twist.

Legacy of the Damned. Great ending to Arthas and the undead.
Skelington loves the story of the scourge/forsaken and Arthas/Sylvanas. It's a shame what world of warcraft did.

There wasn't really a campaign that he disliked though.

I thought it was brilliant, don't see why everyone got so up in arms about Kael'thas and his setback. I'm sure Kil'jaeden has that kind of power to bring him back.

Terror of the Tides - Maiev is so awesome, and her Blink spell is very fun, especially 3rd rank, blinking here and there among the monsters. And, the most thing I love about this campaign is that rainy jungle feeling, I simply adore it. In composition with music, it creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

Path of the Damned for me, most amazing campaign for sure. Slaughtering the innocents of Lordaeron, betraying Uther, raiding Quel'Thalas, ressurect Kel'Thuzad, whiping out the Blackrock orcs, Destroying Dalaran, summoning Archimonde.

Also the very last mission of this campaign is by far the hardest, those f*cking Siege Tanks demolishing all my ziggurats... oh the horror...

Legacy and Path of the Damned. Both Orc Campaigns, Curse of the Bloodelves, Terror of the tides (Just cause you get to play as malf and illidan :P) Invasion of Kalimdor, the human one (Think it was The Scourge of Lordaeron?) Sort of liked Eternity's end cause you own Archimonde, and lastly, Founding of Durotar

Overall, Founding and the Undead campaigns were my favs, though each one has it's moment and chapter to shine in that others may lack.

I enjoyed TBC's ending too. I thought Illidan could've done more during Outland, and they could've done more with the naga, but otherwise it was pretty good. I don't know why people dislike Kael's setback, since it was pretty obvious he was still alive after Tempest Keep.

Without Kael being still alive then all the demons going to the Sunwell wouldn't have made sense, also there would have been no more belfs to pull it off and open the small portal in the small village so really the 'annoying setback' paved the way for bringing the Sunwell back into lore.

The Scourge of Lordaeron. I really loved Arthas. It's also about nostalgia I guess, it was my first experience with the Warcraft universe at 8 years old. There's also something about the immersion, I loved walking around in human towns and past human buildings. The other races feel to alien to me when it comes to that.

I just loved first meeting the high elf priests in the human campaign. Those guys were badass, and I don't often say that of holy men. That little staff throw down into the ground and pray animation is sick! xD

Path of the Damned for me, it introduced the franchises' best character; Kel'thuzad.

Haven't played since god knows when. (I was 12 or 11) I remember enjoying the scourge campaigns best.

Legacy of the Damned was awesome.

Although they Butchered Kael'thas in WoW... still hate blizzard for that. He was my favorite char :/

I also enjoyed the outland missions with BE's.
