Short Heroic Ultraxion Healing Buff Question, Shaman/Druid combo

This is talking about Heroic mode, because normal is easy

I am always not sure if taking the blue buff at the end will cost me HPS loss.

I know that druid's efflorescence double dips from red so red is the best for them. Green is the best for shaman because of the double healing/less overhealing.

So my question is, 1) should the shaman ever take blue at the end or just ignore it? 2) Which will yield higher HPS, green+blue or just green?
*Assuming you will kill the boss at or right after Timeloop.

Is the haste buff from blue necessary to keep the raid alive?

From your PoV, I'd see blue not as a HPS decrease, but as an alternative in case you run low on mana and need to continue throughput. Assuming you're still progressing, now is an excellent opportunity to experiment and evaluate logs from your attempts and judge where the healing is needed most.
