I have a concern for GW2. I hope they're able to balance the stats so that they're all equivalent and equally viable for whatever build you're trying to do. For example, health versus passive damage reduction. In a game like WoW, the answer is obviously damage reduction. Health is just kind of there, but no one cares about it.
But why would someone prefer health in GW2? What benefits are there compared to toughness? 20% more health, or 20% more damage reduction? Well you'd obviously want the damage reduction, especially since everyone has a healing ability. Unless the healing ability scales with your health, stacking health will become less and less useful versus damage reduction.
