I'm fever free and feeling better today! (After sleeping for 16 and a half hours. @_@) Just woke up and read through the last 3 pages of stuff.
Emails probably won't go out till midweek I'd imagine. Most other companies that do pre-order/pre-purchase to get into the beta thing only give you 2 or 3 days heads up to download the client and all that. Mostly cause they can and often do update the client in that time as well. And then it's small update on the day of beta start instead of letting people download on Monday or something and then neededing to downlond a crapton when they just want to be playing.

Having just recently read the second book from cover to cover I have to say that the series is the same but different. And omg that ending scene to the ep was freakier than I imagined it being. o.o
