Yeah, but looking at the ceiling just to avoid seeing said naked man implies fear. If someone on the street came up to you and said "hey do you want to see pictures of dicks" and you said no, then that doesn't mean you're afraid, but inconveniencing yourself just to avoid looking at naked dudes does seem to stem from fear.
