Turns out I've been doing a few of those things right, including the two-part sleep schedule. The sitting thing I'm also proud of—as of this moment, while I may have a high-backed chair, I'm rolled onto my back at around a 45 degree angle, with one knee under my chin and the other off in west Kansas somewhere assisting my mousing arm. Not exactly on their list, but it's between that and sitting like L from Death Note (which puts a lot of my weight onto my thighs through my ribcage; again, off my back), depending on how interested I am in what's going on in front of me.

I do breathing, shitting, and sitting right.
